BSlan024 will be starting at 7pm Friday 4th to 9pm Saturday 5th of December at the Bendigo Salvation Army.

Entry cost is $10 and includes 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday) bring some extra snacks and drinks.

For questions such as where, computer standards and what to bring to the lan please go to the FAQ's.

Please post your name/alias, who you would like to sit next to and the times you are expecting to be at the lan.

Also here's a reminder about the rules for BSlan.

Rules wrote:

Watch your language and trash talk. Good-natured ribbing is fine, but the moment someone gets upset you stop immediately. Remember, it is just a game, keep it clean.

Ask for permission before touching other people's stuff.

Most Importantly... Respect Others and Have FUN!!

If you break one of these rules you will be warned, if you continue to break another rule you may be asked to leave.

Awww bad news I don't think I can stay 110% of the time as I have to go to Melb that night I think so I'll probably be at the LAN until Saturday arvo!

Also what's the smoke machine for...?

Just for the theatrics of having you in the centre on a raised podium - I just assumed the laser light show was necessary but wasn't sure about the smoke machine.

Thanks to everyone who came making this one of the most successful lans we've held. I'm pretty sure we had our largest attendance ever which caused our first power hassles (even if one time it was just the plug been pulled out!). These problems will be minimised in the future since we now know our limits and can setup to eliminate power issues.

We might have to work on a larger selection of games for future lans but people seemed to have fun just play COD and TM :-)

It seems to be getting harder and harder to get different games going but we will try to work on that.

Lastly I just wanted to make a brief apology to the 3 guys that we kicked out because we decided to finish early for the first ever as well after everyone seemed to leave after lunch. I'd really like to encourage people to stay the whole time or come Saturday afternoon rather than staying up Friday night or maybe I'm just getting old and can't handle staying up anymore :-P

For the 3 guys that were still around at the end I think we might offer you some kind of discount for the next lan to make up for you guys missing out on tea but we will discuss that and let you know.

Despite a few hiccups I hope everyone had a great time and we'll see you at BSlan025 :-)
